CompassPoint SPED Consulting will review your child’s most current IEP and most recent evaluation or reevaluation report to help families better understand how the evaluation information connects to the IEP, services, supports, accommodations, and educational planning.
This service is designed for families who want a more comprehensive document review and the opportunity to speak directly with a Special Education Consultant after receiving the written feedback summary.
Review of one current IEP
Review of one current evaluation or reevaluation report
Review of any current Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), if applicable
A personalized written feedback summary
Key findings, observations, and areas that may need clarification or further discussion
Suggested questions to consider asking the IEP team
A Parent Introduction Letter to share with your child’s Case Manager or Special Education Teacher
Delivery of the written feedback summary within five business days after payment, the completed intake form, and all required documents are received
Up to 60 minutes of direct video or phone consultation with a Special Education Consultant to review the written feedback summary and answer clarification questions
The included consultation must be scheduled and completed within 30 calendar days of receiving the written feedback summary. Language interpretation is available upon request for the consultation.
After purchasing a service directly from CompassPoint SPED Consulting, you will receive a separate email with a secure upload link within 24 hours to submit your child’s current IEP and current Evaluation connected to the service purchased.
The five-business-day review period begins only after CompassPoint SPED Consulting has received your payment and all required documents for the service purchased.
